Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and released to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed that same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using insulated cold-chain materials and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives spoiled, compromised, or damaged because of a shipping delay, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
